Shiurim

Chabad on Campus runs shiurim on campus daily throughout the week. Visiting each of Monash Clayton, Melbourne Uni, Deakin, Monash Caulfield once a week on a selected day, other smaller campuses are also visited . With shiurim catering to all sorts of individuals and groups, shiurim range from one-on-one to groups of up to 15 students at once. With snacks or lunch provided, students often just come along to socialise, ask questions or even just to meet other Jewish students. Shiurim range in topics from Halachic perspective on Death & Mourning, to the Kabbalah of the Sefer HaTanya. Shiurim are both in Hebrew & English. Many international students participate, including 'local' Israelis. This is a great opportunity to connect and bond with smaller groups of students and of course learn! Throughout Semester we run weekly classes in Jewish Mysticism (Kabbalah), Classes include an Intro to Kabbalah, Spirituality in Prayer, exploring the Tanya, Chassidic Discourses for the High Holidays and more. Guest lecturers!!
